We are a residential and commercial property on the waterfront, in Boston’s Historic North End. The buildings were built in 1834 and restored in 1973. The building is a converted granite wharf building, consisting of exposed brick and beam. In the restoration process, the historic elegance of the old world Boston Waterfront was beautifully preserved.

About The Area

We are located on the waterfront of Boston’s Historic North End. We are across the street from the Waterfront Park. Public transportation the MBTA is across the street, Aquarium station, which is the blue line. We are right in the middle between North and South stations which have Commuter rail service. We are in close proximity to Boston’s financial district, Faneuil Hall MarketPlace, Downtown Crossing, and many fine hotels and restaurants.
